This is an employment termination action by plaintiff Juan José Garcia ("Garcia") against American Airlines, Inc. The complaint was filed on October 2, 1986. Diversity of citizenship jurisdiction is prayed upon 28 U.S.C. section 1332.

Plaintiff alleges American Airlines is liable in contract and tort for having retaliatorily discharged him from employment without just cause and in violation of contract...
