KARWACKI, Judge.

Joseph McAvoy, the appellant, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Carroll County of driving while under the influence of alcohol in violation of Md.Code (1977, 1984 Repl.Vol.), § 21-902(b) of the Transportation Article. He was sentenced to 60 days imprisonment and fined $250. The court suspended the prison sentence and placed the appellant on supervised probation for three years. In this appeal he contends that Judge Robert H. Heller, Jr....
