David M. Hogan was convicted in a jury trial of robbery, malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in the commission of a malicious wounding. In accordance with the jury's verdict, Hogan was sentenced to ten years for robbery, eight years for malicious wounding, and two years for use of a firearm.
