On April 27, 1987, plaintiffs filed this civil action in this court alleging, inter alia, that the defendants had wrongfully denied payment to plaintiff Bio-Medical Applications of Lewiston, Inc. ("BMA-Lewiston") of $24,886.14, plus interest, for treatments rendered by BMA-Lewiston to Medicare beneficiaries between October 2, 1984 and November 1, 1984.
