Perhaps the most distasteful of the numerous Motions before the Court in the course of the administration of these five (5) jointly-administered cases is a dispute between two (2) law firms as to which creditors should be deemed to be members of the "official" Committee of unsecured creditors in this case and as to whether each or both of these firms should be designated as counsel for the "official" Creditors'...
