The petitioner, Jimmy Goad, appeals from the Circuit Court of Logan County, asserting that his conviction for nonaggravated robbery should be overturned. He claims several errors, among them that the county prosecutor violated his constitutional rights by threatening an important witness, so that the witness refused to testify.
