The defendant, John Paul Higgerson, was convicted by a jury in the circuit court of Jackson County of driving while license revoked, a felony, and of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years and was ordered to pay a fine of $3,000 on the felony conviction...
