OPINION AND ORDER*

WOLF, District Judge.

As I said when we were here on June 11th, in view of the time deadlines imposed on courts to determine whether disputed items are obscene when they are seized under 19 U.S.C. Section 1305, I'm going to render this opinion orally rather than take the longer time necessary to write a more polished expression of this decision. This does not, however, reflect at all that I or anybody else...
