LANSING, Judge.

Appellant Timothy Vieburg appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to withdraw a guilty plea. We reverse.

Timothy Vieburg was charged with driving after suspension, driving without insurance and speeding, after an incident on June 15, 1983.
