This case is before us a second time on appeal from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. When plaintiff initially applied to this Court for leave to appeal, we vacated the WCAB'S denial of benefits to him and remanded this case for further proceedings on the ground that there was evidence to indicate that a possible causal connection may have existed between his employment and his condition...
