Elizabeth Dovydenas (the "Claimant") asserts a $6.5 million claim against The Bible Speaks, the Debtor in this Chapter 11 proceeding. She alleges that the contributions she made to the Debtor in this amount were made without donative intent and were induced by undue influence and fraud.
