This is a medical malpractice suit wherein Hilda Cudges has alleged negligent acts committed by employees of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital as well as intentional acts that caused her damage. The hospital is a qualified health care provider, and filed an exception of prematurity to plaintiff's suit, since plaintiff did not seek review before a medical review panel prior to institution of this suit.
