MEMORANDUM

RICHARD STAIR, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

On September 5, 1985, plaintiff1 filed a complaint asserting that two tracts of real estate formerly owned by David A. Crabtree (debtor) and Brenda B. Crabtree, but conveyed to plaintiff by two separate warranty deeds dated January 3, 1983, and recorded in the office of the Knox County Register of Deeds on March 21, 1983, are property of the estate of David A. Crabtree.
