This attorney disciplinary proceeding concerns the failure of an attorney to report and remit to the State income taxes withheld on his employees' wages.

Bar Counsel, on behalf of the Attorney Grievance Commission, petitioned this Court for disciplinary action against Maurice Whiteford Baldwin (Baldwin), a member of the Maryland Bar since November 13, 1952. We referred the charges to Judge John F. Fader, II of the Circuit Court for Baltimore...
