Plaintiff, Jerry J. Bonnette, brought this action against K-Mart, Inc. and the manager of its Alexandria store, David Shultz, to recover damages which he allegedly sustained as a result of a slip and fall accident. A jury found defendants partially at fault and assessed damages against defendants in the amount of $2,600.00, but reduced such amount in accordance with their finding that plaintiff was guilty of 50% comparative fault.
