Defendant appeals his conviction of lewd and lascivious conduct in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 2602. He contends that he was denied his constitutional rights under the Confrontation Clauses of both the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Chapter 1, Article 10 of the Vermont Constitution.
