Jerome J. Silvio, Jr., Michael A. Humphries, and John E. Fedric (plaintiffs) were injured during an altercation with two men from Tennessee, Danial Eggleston and Johnny Barnett, at the Texas Dance Hall (Texas), a Baton Rouge nightclub, on October 20, 1982.
