STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Benjamine Sayles appeals from the Marion Superior Court1 his convictions for Intimidation, a class D felony, and Resisting Law Enforcement, a class A misdemeanor, and respective sentences of four (4) years and one (1) year, to be served consecutively. We affirm.
