PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right from his conviction by a jury of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, following which he was sentenced to life imprisonment. We affirm.

At trial, the prosecution's theory of the case was that the stabbing of the victim, Oliver Oden, grew out of a prior confrontation between the victim and defendant. Defendant asserted an alibi defense and attempted to show that the witnesses were mistaken in their identification...
