The defendant was charged with four counts of armed robbery, La.R.S. 14:64, along with co-defendants An N. Dang and Dung Nguyen who pleaded guilty. He was convicted on all counts and his motion for a post verdict judgment of acquittal as to counts three and four (relating to the armed robbery of Thanh Tran and Vai Tran1) was denied.
