Lang appeals from the judgment entered by the District Court of Burleigh County granting the Bank of Steele a money judgment against Lang in default of payment of his promissory note and foreclosing the Bank's security interest in Lang's farm equipment, livestock, crops and proceeds, and also dismissing with prejudice Lang's counterclaims against the Bank for fraud and violation of the corporate farming law, Chapter 10-06, N.D.C...
