The plaintiffs brought suit against the defendant seeking to enjoin him from constructing a commercial building and a septic tank for that building on residential property adjoining the commercial lot. After a trial to an attorney state trial referee, the court rendered judgment for the defendant, denying the plaintiffs' request for injunctive relief.
