NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation, vacating a stay of execution of sentence, and sentencing appellant O'Darius Fields to forty-two months imprisonment. Fields contends the sentencing court erred by imposing a sentence which was double the presumptive sentence under the sentencing guidelines and that the revoking court erred by failing to modify the sentence.
