Bryan F. Jennings was convicted of first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree felony murder, kidnapping with intent to commit sexual battery, sexual battery, and burglary in connection with the 1979 abduction and death of six-year-old Rebecca Kunash.1 Following a penalty hearing, the jury recommended he be executed.
