This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Wayne McCormeck. McCormeck is a chiropractor. On August 29, 1983, the plaintiff, Robert Baker, went to McCormeck to be treated for neck pain and headaches. After his treatment by McCormeck he began displaying symptoms of a stroke.
