Appellant Roland Johnson pleaded guilty to and was convicted of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in violation of Minn. Stat. § 609.342, subd. 1(c) (1986). He received a presumptive sentence of 95 months based on a criminal history score of four, which included a custody status point and three felony points.
