G.L. Creech, d/b/a Truck Services Hauling and Rentals (Creech), devolutively appealed the trial court's judgment awarding plaintiff-appellee, C.R. Walker (Walker), $54,730.50 as damages for breach of contract.

This is the second time this case has come before us. On the first appeal, we reversed the trial court's judgment that the written contracts between the parties were shams and unenforceable and remanded the matter to the trial...
