Defendant's Appeal

Defendant brings forward four assignments of error each of which concern the enforceability of the Resale Profits Agreement.

In his first assignment of error defendant contends that the evidence does not support the jury's answer to the first issue regarding the enforceability of the Resale Profits Agreement. Relying on Housing, Inc. v. Weaver, 305 N.C. 428, 290 S.E.2d 642
