WEISBERGER, Justice.
This case comes before us on appeal from an order entered in the Superior Court granting the defendant's motion to dismiss the plaintiff's suit to enforce a foreign judgment on the ground that the defendant was not subject to the jurisdiction of the out-of-state court.
