Steven Tyrone Pettie, an inmate at the Maryland Correctional Training Center, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Washington County of second degree sexual offense, sodomy and battery, committed upon one Robert Butts, another inmate at the institution. Judge Daniel W. Moylan imposed concurrent sentences of 20 years imprisonment for the second degree sexual offense, and five years for the battery, both to be served consecutively to any...
