On appeal from convictions on complaints charging him with unlawfully carrying a firearm (G.L.c. 269, § 10 [a]) and various motor vehicle violations, the defendant directs all his arguments to the firearm conviction. He claims that the gun was illegally seized from his car after he was stopped for speeding, that the Commonwealth failed to prove that the gun was a weapon from which a shot or bullet could be discharged, and that the jury instructions...
