Defendants appeal as of right from a circuit court judgment quieting title in plaintiff's name to a parcel of property located in Montcalm County and denying defendants' counterclaim also seeking a determination of title. Defendants are children of the now deceased last grantees of record of the parcel. Plaintiff is the tax title purchaser of the property.
