This action arises out of an automobile accident in which plaintiffs' decedent, Nadira Huda, was fatally injured. On February 8, 1983, defendant Syed Kabir was operating his car in a northerly direction on Upper State Road in Montgomery Township. His passengers included Nadira Huda, her children, Irfan, age 3. Emran, age 2, and Shamsul Islam. Defendant James A. Kirk was driving a tractor trailer in a westerly direction on County Line...
