Defendants (guarantors), Charles and Margaret Clark, appeal the trial court's judgment for plaintiffs (sellers), Ronald and Rose Williams. Defendants assert the trial court erred in finding them liable since the actions of the purchasers, Randy and Teresa Clark, did not constitute an anticipatory breach of the contract and thus the guaranty provisions of the contract and lease were not triggered.
