BERDON, J.

The defendant husband raises two issues in his appeal from the judgment dissolving the marriage between the parties. They are that the court erred (1) in admitting evidence of the financial resources of a third party who was living with the defendant, and (2) in requiring a standard of proof higher than a preponderance of the evidence in two instances. The plaintiff wife in her cross appeal claims the court erred in discharging her notice of lis pendens...
