In this dispute between a corporate advertising agency and its vice president, the trial court, sitting without a jury, found that the corporate officer had violated a duty of undivided loyalty to the corporation by seizing a business opportunity for himself and, therefore, awarded damages to the corporation in the amount of forty thousand ($40,000.00) dollars. The court also found that the corporation was indebted to its officer for services rendered...
