The petitioner, Contoocook Valley Paper Company (Contoocook Valley), appeals by means of a petition for writ of certiorari from a decision of the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission. The commission ruled that the petitionee-real estate broker did not violate any provisions of RSA 331-A:6-b, which regulates the conduct of real estate brokers and salesmen, during the course of negotiations relative to the attempted sale of the petitioner's land.
