Plaintiff, Mary Lou Haviland, in her complaint claims that on October 26, 1985, she drove her automobile into Edgewater Park, which is a park under the control and maintenance of the state of Ohio Department of Natural Resources. The purpose of her entry into the park was to pick up members of her family who had been attending a party there.

Defendant has moved this court to dismiss this action pursuant to Civ. R. 12(B)(6). The state contends that...
