Plaintiff's decedent, Vladimir Shipka, died of a heart attack. In this wrongful death action, appellant Angela Shipka, as trustee and next of kin, sued Dr. Richard Helvig and North Star Clinic for negligent diagnosis, care and treatment, and Itasca Memorial Hospital for negligent care and treatment.
