Following trial, the court dismissed plaintiff Lang Pham's claim for workmen's compensation benefits, penalties, attorney fees, and ordered each party to bear his own cost. Subsequently, following a new trial limited to the issues relative to medical expenses, the court ordered defendants Delta Petroleum Company and its insurer, North River Insurance Company, to pay $6,141.92 in outstanding medical expenses.
