JONES, Bankruptcy Judge:

The debtors appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to dismiss an adversary proceeding. We affirm.

On March 21, 1985, the debtors, Maurice and Elaine Goralnick, filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code ("Code"). On the petition date, the appellee, George Bromberg, was a plaintiff in a state court lawsuit against the debtors...
