This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment of conviction for second-degree murder entered in the Superior Court. This case was previously tried, but the defendant's conviction was set aside by reason of the fact that counsel for the state had failed to provide the defendant with complete discovery materials in accordance with the requirements of Rule 16 of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure.
