Defendants, by separate motions, moved to dismiss this indictment on the grounds that the District Attorney failed to give the Grand Jury adequate legal instructions (CPL 190.25 [6]) and tainted the proceedings by presenting evidence of criminal conduct not charged in this indictment (CPL 210.20 [1] [c]; 210.35 [5]). Other grounds for dismissal alleged by the defendants are not considered...
