This case is an interlocutory appeal from an order of the Superior Court (Wyman, J.) denying the defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The issue is whether the State of New Hampshire has personal jurisdiction over the vice-president of a Connecticut corporation, when he is sued as a co-employee under the workers' compensation co-employee suit rule of Estabrook v. American Hoist & Derrick, Inc.,
