The above-styled adversary proceeding is before the Court on motions for summary judgment filed by each of the plaintiffs and on a motion of the defendant for release of liens and conditionally, for interpleader. The dispute between the parties is based upon the sum of $39,330.48, which is presently owed by the defendant for its purchase of pipe and materials, as to which sum each of the plaintiffs...
