Daniel Brewton appeals his conviction for first degree assault, based upon a shooting incident that occurred November 30, 1985. We affirm.

Before trial, Brewton indicated he would raise insanity and diminished capacity defenses. After the trial court granted the State's request for copies of his medical records, Brewton withdrew the insanity defense and sought return of the records. The court refused this request.
