We reverse the trial court's Order Denying Objections to Sale and Confirming Sale to the extent that it fails to provide appellant Cohen a pro rata distribution of the foreclosure sale bid of appellee/purchaser Metropolitan Federal Savings and Loan Association [Metropolitan].
