SHORES, Justice.

The single issue in this case is whether 46 U.S.C. § 11109(a) prohibits the garnishment of the wages of a seaman to satisfy a judgment that had been entered against the seaman for the unpaid hospital bill of his deceased wife. The trial court held that the wages of the seaman could not be garnished under these conditions, and vacated the garnishment. We affirm.
