In this action upon a policy issued by the defendant, insuring the plaintiffs against loss by vandalism and malicious mischief to their apartment house on Starr Street, New Haven, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs of $14,000.1 After denying motions of both parties to set aside the verdict, the court rendered judgment in accordance therewith.
