Wanda Tuggle was charged by indictment with four counts of aggravated kidnapping, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, the defendant pled guilty to four counts of simple kidnapping, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:45. She received concurrent sentences of five years at hard labor for each of the four simple kidnapping convictions.
